# Reviewing approval requests

An approval card is a decision about one concrete action, so review its target and effect rather than approving from the summary alone.

## Steps

1. Read the full command, file path, domain, or computer action.
2. Compare it with the outcome and the workspace you authorized.
3. Select Allow once when the action is necessary and correctly scoped.
4. Select Deny when it is unexpected, then send a safer boundary or alternative.

## Expected result

Allow once resumes the same run for that action; Deny blocks it while leaving the task available for correction.

> **Note:** Treat credential entry, purchases, publishing, account changes, and destructive commands as high-risk actions requiring direct verification.
