# How crews coordinate work

Fennec is the fixed coordinator for every crew. It plans the work, delegates to members, checks their outputs, and returns the combined result.

## Design clean handoffs

1. Write one shared mission and one outcome-focused goal.
2. Give each member a non-overlapping role that explains what it owns.
3. Configure capabilities and boundaries on the individual agents.
4. Use the crew tier to set the processing tier for all members.
5. Run a task that requires at least two roles and inspect the delegation rows.

## Expected result

The transcript shows Fennec assigning bounded work to the right specialists and integrating their evidence. A member’s completed status is not the crew’s final proof; the task is complete only when the requested result is verified and reported.
