# Skill instructions and resources

A published skill can include a `SKILL.md` playbook and scripts, but managed Studio deliberately hides that implementation. The detail page exposes only identity and expected capabilities needed to understand and assign it safely.

## Evaluate a managed skill

1. Read the card Description to understand when the skill applies.
2. Open the skill and review its version, tags, and Locus.
3. Inspect the Tools listed under `Capabilities`.
4. Confirm the target agent has those tools and suitable task permissions.
5. Ask the Runtime publication owner for a playbook correction when observed behavior conflicts with the published description.

## Expected result

The agent can use the centrally managed playbook without Studio disclosing or editing its full instructions and scripts.
