Credits · how the work is paid for

Credits every month. A budget on every job.

Each plan fills a pool of credits every month. Crews, web research, vision, Fennec Voice calls, and images, video and audio all draw from it, and a harder job or a stronger crew uses more. Each job can also carry its own budget, so no job spends more than you allowed.

Billing questions

Before you pay. Plain answers.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The Free plan gives you 200 credits a month without a card. When you want more, open your account settings and choose Starter, Pro or Max, paid monthly or yearly.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay once for the year, and each month costs less: $24 instead of $29 on Starter, $49 instead of $59 on Pro, and $166 instead of $199 on Max. That is twelve months for about the price of ten.

Your credits still refill every month.

What if my credits run low?

Studio tells you. A notice above the composer shows how much of the month you have used, what is left and when the pool refills. A job with a budget stops there by itself.

If you often need more, move to a bigger plan in your account settings.

Do I need my own AI accounts?

No, and no API keys either. Your credits pay for the AI models, so there is nothing else to sign up for. You don't need to code either: you brief Studio in plain words and review what comes back.

How can I pay, and can I get a company invoice?

Payments go through Stripe and PayPal. If your company needs an invoice with its own details, or several people need Studio, write to hello@foxora.ai with the subject “Buying for my team”.

Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Fees are not refundable, including unused time and unused credits, unless the law requires a refund. We may make an exception, for example for a billing error. The details are in the Foxora Studio terms of service.

What support comes with each plan?

Free plans get help from the Foxora community. Starter includes email support. Pro and Max get priority support. The Studio docs and the status page are open to everyone.
