Terms of use

made between the visitor, of the first part, and foxora, of the second —

Article I
The software

foxora runtime is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that licence's terms. The only reservation is the foxora name and mark, which the NOTICE file covers. Nothing on this sheet narrows the licence.

Article II
This website

The text and design of foxora.dev are © xBesh Labs FZE LLC. Quote it, link it, screenshot it; don't pass it off as your own or as an endorsement. Code samples on the site are Apache 2.0 like the software.

Article III
Pre-1.0 means pre-1.0

The engine, the console and the interfaces can change without notice until 1.0. Some parts described on this site are still being built; the master document grades every claim. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — as the Apache licence says. Run it on your own machine, with your own keys, at your own risk and judgement.

Article IV
Acceptable use

Don't attack, scrape abusively, or try to break this site or the community; don't use the foxora name to mislead; don't use the software to break the law or someone else's rights. That is the whole list.

Article V
The community

community.foxora.ai has its own rules and its own privacy notice; by posting there you accept them. Be the kind of person you'd want to get an answer from.

Article VI
Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, xBesh Labs FZE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site or the software, and its total liability for anything else is limited to the greater of what you paid us (today: nothing) and [amount]. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Article VII
Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [venue], without prejudice to consumer rights where you live.

Article VIII
Changes and contact

When these terms change, the version and date change with them. Questions: hello@foxora.ai.

In witness whereof: the whole engine, in the open, under Apache 2.0.
