Notice of what we do not have
made between the visitor, of the first part, and foxora, of the second —
The controller for this website is [foxora — legal entity name and registered address]. For anything on this sheet, write to privacy@foxora.ai. We have not appointed a data-protection officer, because we do not process personal data at a scale that requires one.
| When you… | What is processed | Why | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visit foxora.dev | Nothing beyond what your browser sends to fetch a page. Our hosting provider ([provider]) may keep standard server logs — IP address, time, page — for security. | Serving the site; detecting abuse. | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Use the community | Whatever you post, under the community platform's own notice at community.foxora.ai. | Running a public forum. | The forum's own terms |
| Open an issue on GitHub | Your GitHub identity and what you write, under GitHub's policies. | Fixing bugs; building the roadmap. | Legitimate interest |
| Email us | Your address, your name if you give it, and the thread. | Answering you. | Legitimate interest; contract if you become a partner |
No cookies or tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It does not load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other advertising or measurement tag.
On-device preferences. Two small values may be written to your browser's local storage, and only after you act: fx-theme (the display palette you chose) and fx-notice (that you dismissed the transparency notice). They contain no identifier, are not sent with web requests, never leave your device and clear when you clear site data.
There is no measurement banner or opt-out control because no measurement is running. You can confirm the site's network requests and storage in your browser's developer tools rather than take our word for it.
foxora runtime is open-source software you install and run on your own computer or server. Your jobs, prompts, documents, keys, model calls and receipts stay on that machine and with the model providers you connect. We receive none of it. There is no telemetry, no crash reporting and no update check that reports back — nothing to opt out of, because nothing is on. If that ever changes, it will be off by default, documented, and this sheet will say so first.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security logs and answering enquiries; performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for design partners. This site does not rely on permission for analytics because it runs none. Where the CCPA/CPRA applies: we do not sell or share personal information and never have; there is nothing to opt out of.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. The processors that may see data are those that make the services you choose to use work — the hosting provider ([provider, region]) for page requests and security logs, and the community platform ([platform]) when you visit or post there — under their data-processing terms. This site sends no analytics or advertising data to Google, Meta or anyone else. If a processor is outside your region, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Server logs: [e.g. 30 days]. Email: as long as needed to answer, then deleted unless you become a partner. Community and GitHub content: as long as you leave it up. Local storage: until you clear it.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to give it to you in a portable form, and to restrict or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@foxora.ai; we answer within one month. In the EU/EEA or the UK you can also complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and to non-discrimination under the CCPA/CPRA; Brazilian residents, the rights under the LGPD. We make no automated decisions about you.
This site and software are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
When this sheet changes, its version and date change with it, and material changes are announced on the site. Questions: privacy@foxora.ai. Post: [address].
In witness whereof: this site sets no cookies and sends no analytics or advertising data — and every line above is checkable in your browser.
