A Memory Den card exposes an anchor, record type, content preview, scope, and timestamp. It is not a complete provenance or editing ledger.

Trace an important fact
- Search for the statement and note the card’s type and scope.
- Use the anchor and timestamp to find the related task, project, import, or connected source.
- Compare the card wording with that original evidence.
- Treat an observation or semantic summary as derived information, not the primary source.
- Correct conflicts at the owning source and verify a later task uses the updated fact.
Expected result
You can name the evidence behind a memory before relying on it. If the source cannot be established, keep the record out of high-impact decisions and state the uncertainty in the task.
