Plugin and channel settings

Plugins give Fennec authenticated app tools; Channels receive messages and route them through a compatible crew. They share accounts and policy concepts but remain separate settings pages.

Review connected services

  1. Open Settings → Plugins to install, inspect tools, connect another account, or disconnect an account.
  2. Confirm the required plugin account is connected before assigning its access to an agent or channel.
  3. Open Settings → Channels to add or edit a messaging, email, event, or voice installation.
  4. Review Fennec mode, Advanced channel controls, and the live status.
  5. Test a real plugin action or inbound channel event before removing a dependency.

Expected result

Authorized tools remain available to the intended agents, and connected messages reach the selected crew under the saved channel policy.
