Inspect or export safely

  1. Open Settings → Data; use Download for instant Preferences JSON or Export for a cloud-packaged category.
  2. Use Export all for one secure, expiring archive link. Exporting does not delete data.
  3. Open System and recheck connection tiles, cloud workspace state, or the Desktop data folder.
  4. Review startup, closing, application-version, and platform details before troubleshooting.
  5. Use Reset appearance or Reset onboarding only after reading its stated scope.

Expected result

The requested export starts or downloads, and diagnostics reflect the active runtime without clearing projects, sessions, channels, or account data.
