Using MCP-powered tools in tasks
Supported plugin connections add tools to Foxora's discovery surface. Availability in a task still depends on the selected agent, policy, credentials, and any channel-specific restrictions.

Use a connected tool
- Connect the required account in
Settings→Plugins. - Review the plugin detail to identify the action you need.
- Allow the plugin or tool on the agent, crew member, or channel that will run it.
- Start a task and state the intended app, action, and scope clearly.
- Review any authorization prompt and verify the returned result before relying on it.
Expected result
Fennec discovers and invokes only authorized connected tools. A missing tool usually indicates account, assignment, channel-policy, or runtime availability rather than an MCP server to add manually.
