Skills

Skills are reusable Runtime playbooks that an agent can load when relevant. The current managed catalog is read-only in Studio, so it presents published identity and capability information without exposing the full playbook or scripts.

  1. 18.01Skills overview
  2. 18.02Built-in skillsBuilt-in skills are published by Foxora Runtime and synchronized into the Studio catalog. Their details are intentionally abstract: Studio shows what the skill does and the capabilities it brings, not its full SKILL.md body or scripts.
  3. 18.03Repair bundled skillsRepair skills synchronizes Foxora's signed, content-only bundle with the current Runtime. It is a recovery action, not a general installer for arbitrary folders or MCP packages.
  4. 18.04Creating a custom skillThe current Foxora-managed Runtime owns a read-only skill catalog, so Studio does not show a New skill action or an editable skill form.
  5. 18.05Skill instructions and resourcesA published skill can include a SKILL.md playbook and scripts, but managed Studio deliberately hides that implementation. The detail page exposes only identity and expected capabilities needed to understand and assign it safely.
  6. 18.06Test a skillSkills do not have a standalone run button. Test a managed playbook through an agent that can load it and already has the required capabilities.
  7. 18.07Managing published skillsThe managed Runtime catalog is authoritative. Studio can search and inspect published skills, but it does not provide row controls to edit or remove them.
