Overview
Troubleshoot Foxora by identifying the failing surface, preserving the exact error, and changing one layer at a time.
- Repeat the smallest safe action that shows the problem.
- Record Desktop and CLI versions, operating system, time and timezone, account, and task or request identifier.
- Decide whether the failure is account, local runtime, cloud service, project, permission, model, tool, browser, or connection related.
- Apply one reversible correction, then rerun the same action.
- Collect redacted diagnostics before reinstalling or clearing data.
Use Settings → System for runtime and service status, Settings → About for version and support, and foxora doctor for CLI checks. A green service tile does not prove that the original task path works.
Expected result: either the exact reproduction succeeds, or one named layer and its evidence remain for support.
