Reviewing approval requests
An approval card is a decision about one concrete action, so review its target and effect rather than approving from the summary alone.

Steps
- Read the full command, file path, domain, or computer action.
- Compare it with the outcome and the workspace you authorized.
- Select Allow once when the action is necessary and correctly scoped.
- Select Deny when it is unexpected, then send a safer boundary or alternative.
Expected result
Allow once resumes the same run for that action; Deny blocks it while leaving the task available for correction.
Note: Treat credential entry, purchases, publishing, account changes, and destructive commands as high-risk actions requiring direct verification.
